Lochaline
Lochaline sits at the entrance of Loch Aline and the Sound of Mull, a large stretch of water separating Lochaber from the Isle of Mull. A ferry service operates all day from Lochaline to Fishnish on Mull.

There are local services at Lochaline including an hotel, restaurant and diving centre. The loch provides sheltered anchorages for visiting yachts - although the very strong tidal flow is sometimes very challenging and should be taken into consideration.
