A 2-3 minute walk from Fort William High Street brings you to Fassfern Guesthouse, an Victorian, stone-built villa on the shore of Loch linnhe.

Our front-facing ensuite bedrooms offer great views over the loch towards the Ardgour hills. Every room is ensuite with tea/coffee making facilities. The house is centrally-heated and comfortable all year round.

A choice of breakfast from full Scottish to vegetarian options is served in the dining room. We can provide an early breakfast and packed lunches on request.

We have lots of parking space and can provide drying facilites for wet clothig and equipment. Bikes can be stored too.

NO smoking and NO pets.
