Our range of seafood, caught off the west coast of Scotland, includes our traditionally smoked salmon, available in two unique flavours, smokey roast salmon, gravadlax, as well as kippers, smoked haddock and mackerel. Also available, either fresh or smoked, are our ever-popular shellfish - oysters, langoustines, mussels...
Our succulent seafood is also available in a variety of seafood-lovers’ hampers and selection boxes, which make the perfect gift, ideal for any occasion or just as a treat.
We work closely with local fishermen to ensure that the seafood we offer to you is of the finest quality and we continue to support the use of traditional, sustainable methods to ensure that our business does not unbalance the aquatic ecosystem.
